About the Author

Kendra Bergman is forever a student of spirituality. Her interest in spiritual growth began when she met her first mentor while working at a local day spa in 1994. She is a certified Angel Reiki Master, Chakra Healer, LifeForce Energy Healer and Yoga Instructor. Kendra is passionate about helping all humankind understand and connect with their Higher Self, encouraging the awakening of their intuition and the creative powers that lie within them. She lives in the American Southwest and enjoys family time and gardening.
